Ways You Can Manage Your Account Online

Individual memberships are available for ages 12 & up. Family Memberships are customized for your family dynamic (1 Adult + Dependants, 2 Senior Adults, etc.) Memberships are limited to a maximum of two adults. To add people to your membership, everyone must be part of the same household. Visit Member Services to add or remove members from your membership.

You can pay for your membership with a credit/debit card, or via electronic fund transfer (EFT) from a checking account. As a Member, you automatically sign up for monthly drafts of your membership dues. No annual commitment is required. Monthly dues are drafted on the 1st of the month. You can update your payment information via your online account or visit Member Services to change your payment method. All payment updates must be made prior to the 1st of the month.

Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 3 months without monthly draft dues. In place of your monthly dues, a $5 administrative fee is drafted each month while your account is on hold. All holds and cancellation requests must be made by the 25th of the month prior. If you’d like to place a hold on your membership or cancel, you can submit a hold or cancellation request through your online account or visit Member Services.
