A Little About Me

I began a journey to a healthy lifestyle about 16 years ago after my weight went up to 300 lbs. My blood pressure and glucose levels became uncontrollable and was placed on medication to regulate. I knew it was time to take action. Through education, diet and exercise I was able to control my blood pressure and glucose level. My own story is what motivated me to reach out to others to share what I know what works for success.   I have worked in all aspects of Health and Fitness for over 11 Years. I’ve been a Group Fitness Instructor for 11 years, a Personal Trainer for 9 years and was a CrossFit Level 1 trainer for 5 years.
